Since April 2015, 78 Operational Committees against Racism and Antisemitism have been set up. A budget of 2.5 million euros has been set aside for partnerships with civil society. A unit specifically charged “to protect internet users from the propagation of hatred” was set up and was attached to the Platform for Harmonization, Analysis, Cross referencing and Orientation of Reports (Plateforme d'Harmonisation,d'Analyse, de Recoupement et d'Orientation des Signalements - PHAROS) placed under the Central Office for the Fight against Criminality related to Information Technologies and Communication (Office Central de Lutte contre la Criminalité liée aux Technologies de l'Information et de laCommunication - OCLCTIC). Education against racism and anti-Semitism now has a dedicated online site , put on line in March 2016.
