Methodology (Qualitative/Quantitative and exact type used, questionnaires etc)

The CERD Committee reviewed Italy’s twenty-first periodic report (CERD/C/ITA/21) during its 2985th and 2986th meetings, held on 8 and 9 August 2023. The Committee adopted its concluding observations on 23 August 2023, which were subsequently published in September 2023. The evaluation was mainly based on Italy’s official periodic report, along with information presented during and following the dialogue with the Italian delegation.
