Methodology (Qualitative/Quantitative and exact type used, questionnaires etc)

Statistical data come from the National Police Information System (KSIP). The information indicates that, since January 2022, data on hate crimes have also been monitored in the Electronic Register of Investigative Activities (ERCDŚ), which is a supporting system. In one of the ERCDŚ registration tabs, a form has been created in accordance with the requirements of the ODIHR report, specifying the backgrounds (motivations) from which the crimes were committed. These include the following motivations: anti-Christian, anti-Muslim, anti-Roma, anti-Semitic, other on grounds of religion or belief, propagation of fascism or other totalitarian state system, against LGBTI people, on grounds of gender, against disabled people, racist and xenophobic and against other groups. Nevertheless, only data from KSIP have statistical value.
