| Order Regarding the implementation of the Code on Enforcement of Punishment, the Law on Probation and the Law on the Execution of Arrest | The correction institution organises meals for inmates. Inmates are fed according to menus approved by the director of the correctional institution. Minors, pregnant women and nursing mothers are fed 4 times a day, and other inmates are fed 3 times a day. The feeding schedule must be made so that the intervals between feedings are not shorter than 3 and not longer than 5 hours (excluding the time for sleeping). For inmates kept in cells, food is delivered to the cells in heating devices. Others eat in the cafeteria. The correction institution's director approves the meal schedule for inmates in the canteen. Food must be prepared 3 or 4 times a day according to the requirements of technological processes and food hygiene norms and menus. |

Inmates for whom the doctor has prescribed dietetic nutrition based on the patient's illness are fed according to
dietetic nutrition menus. |
