  • The HDPA is a constitutionally established independent public authority that supervises the application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation), Laws4624/2019,3471/2006and4579/2018(the last of which incorporated Directive (EU) 2016/681 on passenger name record data) and other regulations concerning the protection of the individual from the processing of their personal data.
