Methodology (Qualitative/Quantitative and exact type used, questionnaires etc)

The Ombudsman Office report for 2014 is based on citizen complaints to discrimination or human rights violations or restrictions, whether these are procedures before public law bodies, the protection of human rights in the broader sense or freedom of movement. Apart from the information gathered in proceedings involving citizens' complaints or on the initiative of the Ombudsman Office, the report is based on the responses of state bodies, non-governmental organizations, social partners, religious communities and other responses to the Office inquiries as well as other sources of information such as reports and other available materials from various actors, media, expert articles and researches.
