Key findings

According to the interviewed teachers the most common form of discrimination they saw was against Roma (23%) or LGBTQI (12%) whilst the least common incidents observed concern the Muslim people (3%), those infected with HIV/AIDS (3%), those of German ethnicity (2%) or Jewish people(2%).

Methodology (Qualitative/Quantitative and exact type used, questionnaires etc)

The study is based on interpretation of data from 3 previously made surveys. The surveys were made nationwide, over the phone, between May and June 2021. The survey for teachers also included in person interviews. Sample details and representativeness

The survey included 611 interviews with parents, 689 teachers of primary and high school children and 131 interviews with school inspectors.
