It will join roundtable discussions on the state of privacy, data protection and human rights. FRA will focus on the challenges for data protection in the security context. It will refer to its work in relation predictive policing and facial recognition, as well as upcoming work on the GDPR and data protection authorities, and on high-risk AI uses.
It will also join a panel on making AI privacy by design and compliant. FRA will present the findings of the bias in algorithm report.
The symposium runs from 18 to 20 April.
