FRA will present its report on the fundamental rights of older people, ensuring access to public services in digital societies to the European Commission Disability Platform.
FRA will speak at the Austrian anti-racism days 2024, which will take place from 14 to 21 March. On 15 March, FRA will present its mandate and work, including notably its findings in the areas of anti-racism and of civic space.

The next Fundamental Rights Forum will take place in Vienna on 11 and 12 March 2024. It will unite policymakers, thought leaders, human rights defenders, corporate executives, artists, and other influential figures with a simple goal: to embrace human rights for Europe’s brighter future.
The new FRA Director, Sirpa Rautio, will take part in the meeting of Justice Ministers on 5 March. The FRA Director will join a session on the Council’s Conclusions on the European Commission’s annual report on the application of the EU’s Fundamental Rights Charter. The conclusions are expected to be adopted at the meeting.

FRA will attend the UNECE and UNICEF expert group meeting on statistics on children. FRA will give a presentation to inform the experts about the data on violence against children that is collected in the agency's surveys on violence against women.

The Council of Europe will host a networking conference in Strasbourg from 29 February to 1 March for its Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) programme.
FRA will attend a Ministerial Meeting of the EU Internet Forum. This event will allow participants to exchange views on how to adapt responses to new circumstances in the field of AI.
Victim Support Europe will host an event to mark European Day for Victims of Crime. The ‘Leave no one behind: Victims’ Rights and the Sustainable Development Goals’ symposium aims to spotlight the connection between victims' rights and the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

FRA will host the closing conference of its EEA and Norway Grants-funded regional cooperation project ‘Supporting National Human Rights Institutions in monitoring fundamental rights and the fundamental rights aspects of the rule of law’. The event takes place in Brussels from 21 to 22 February.

Between 21 and 23 February, FRA will take part in train-the-trainer sessions in Romania on tackling hate crime. The event is aimed at prosecutors, law enforcement and other relevant professionals.
