FRA Traineeship Programme 2022-2023
In line with Article 4(2) of the Rules Governing the Traineeship Programme at FRA (Ref. CS/023/217), traineeships at FRA may be offered for a minimum of three months and a maximum of 12 months.
For the 2022-2023 traineeship programme, FRA will offer traineeships for a duration of 6 months, i.e. from 01 October 2022 - 31 March 2023 or from 01 April 2023 - 30 September 2023.
This change will be brought to the attention of candidates during the trainee selection process.
This traineeship scheme is addressed mainly to recent university graduates, without excluding those who – in the framework of lifelong learning - are at the beginning of a new professional career.
The aims of the traineeship at FRA are:
This type of traineeship is offered to graduates who have completed at least the first cycle of a higher education course (i.e. university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications.
Trainees are selected from nationals of the Member States of the European Union (27) and EU candidates (Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Turkey) and potential candidate countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo*).
Trainees are requested to have a very good knowledge of English and another EU language.
