The Project Holocaust and Human Rights Education (2006-2012), implemented by the Agency, will facilitate training of guides at the Memorial Mauthausen. The training will bring together lessons learned from research, stakeholder engagement and other activities of the project. This is the final activity of the project.
On 23 October FRA will meet with various Directorates-General of the European Commission in Brussels to discuss possible areas for detailed research in the Member States on one of the rights in the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, namely the freedom to conduct business.
Leading representatives of national human rights bodies and the European Ombudsman Office will come to FRA on 15 October to discuss how to further strengthen the human rights landscape in Europe by bringing national human rights institutions (NHRIs), national Equality Bodies and Ombudsperson institutions together.
