Experts and policy makers discuss policies on child rights and youth affairs

From 21 to 23 January, experts and policy makers met to discuss on how to best streamline the implementation and monitoring of international and European policies on children, youth affairs and child rights.

This seminar was the first event by the Belgian Presidency on EU Needs Youth.

FRA provided insights into the Agency’s work on children and youth. It also spoke about its efforts to learn about young people’s experiences and perspectives through consultations and research with and for children. FRA drew attention to its recent publication How countries protect children across the EU.
