He will meet Secretary General Marija Pejčinović Burić, Parliamentary Assembly President Tiny Kox, Democracy and Human Dignity Director-General Marja Ruotanen, and Conference of International Non-Governmental Organisations President Gerhard Ermischer.
The discussions will focus on how to further strengthen cooperation between FRA and Council of Europe. It also offers an opportunity to exchange views on respective current and future priorities. These include the situation of fundamental rights arising from the war in Ukraine; migration and asylum, equality, non-discrimination and racism, artificial intelligence, Roma and Travellers; the European Union Fundamental Rights Information System (EFRIS); and FRA engagement with civil society.
The FRA Director will also present the outcomes of its recent human rights leaders and experts meeting.
