FRA explained how candidate countries and countries with a Stabilisation and Association agreement can become FRA observers. It also outlined the type of activities that FRA can offer to observer countries.
The forum took place online from 29 to 30 November.
The Joint Fundamental Rights and Civil Society Networks seminar brought together DG NEAR’s Fundamental Rights Network and its Civil Society Network. This is composed of colleagues working on human rights and civil society-related issues in NEAR headquarters in EU Delegations in the three NEAR regions.
