The aim of the hearing is to discuss with experts the main elements of police and judicial cooperation in the context of the upcoming legislative proposals that are expected to be adopted by the European Commission in the course of this year.
The hearing will provide a platform to raise and discuss points of interest ahead of the publication of the Commission's proposals.
FRA will exchange views with committee members speak during the panel on policy considerations alongside European Commission representatives.
The hearing will take place on 20 April in Brussels.
