    By their appeal, KME Germany AG, formerly KM Europa Metal AG (‘KME Germany’), KME France SAS, formerly Tréfimétaux SA (‘KME France’), and KME Italy SpA, formerly Europa Metalli SpA (‘KME Italy’) (collectively ‘the KME group’) seek to have set aside the judgment delivered by the General Court of the European Union on 19 May 2010 in Case T‑25/05 KME Germany and Others v Commission (‘the judgment under appeal’) by which the General Court dismissed their application for a reduction of the fines which were imposed on them under Article 2(g) to (i) of Commission Decision C(2004) 2826 of 3 September 2004 relating to a proceeding pursuant to Article [81 EC] and Article 53 of the EEA Agreement (Case COMP/E‑1/38.069 – Copper plumbing tubes) (‘the decision at issue’).
