Trotz der Fortschritte gibt es nach wie vor Probleme, die von der Behandlung von Migranten an den EU-Grenzen bis hin zu den schwierigen Bedingungen in Gewahrsams- und Aufnahmeeinrichtungen reichen. Dies geht aus dem neuesten Migrationsbulletin der Agentur der Europäischen Union für Grundrechte (FRA) hervor.

Das Parlament wird seine endgültige Entschließung zu Spähsoftware im Juni 2023 annehmen.
