Die Agentur der Europäischen Union für Grundrechte (FRA), der Europarat und der Europäische Datenschutzbeauftragte haben kürzlich eine aktualisierte Fassung des populären Praxishandbuchs zum europäischen Datenschutzrecht herausgegeben, da in der EU nunmehr neue Datenschutzvorschriften gelten und der geänderte Wortlaut des Übereinkommens zum Schutz des Menschen bei der automatischen Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten jüngst verabschiedet wurde.
