The objective of the tender is to conclude a single framework contract for the implementation of the fundamentalrights survey in all EU-28 Member States and in all, some or none of the following non-EU countries: Albania,the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey, depending on budget availability.Tenderers must be able to perform the services in all of these countries.
