On 2 September, FRA will take part in an exchange of views organised by the European Parliament's Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) on preventing the recruitment of children and young people by organised crime.
The discussion comes as the European Commission prepares an Action Plan on Minors and Organised Crime under the ProtectEU Internal Security Strategy, expected to be released before the end of the year.
The event will bring together speakers from the European Commission, Europol, Save the Children and FRA.
The session will be livestreamed on 2 September between 9.45-10.45 on the European Parliament website.
