It aims to promote dialogue on the protection and promotion of civil society space in Europe.
The discussions will feed into the Committee’s examination of the implementation of Recommendation to member States on the need to strengthen the protection and promotion of civil society space, adopted by the Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers in 2018.
Based on its work on civic space, FRA will furthermore provide dedicated input to the forthcoming CDDH report on the implementation of this Recommendation.
