It includes issues such as the international framework for child rights, risks and resilience, creating effective relations between guardians and children, promoting best interests in relation to state authorities, and service providers and ethical standards. Members of the European Guardianship Network will discuss the structure and content. The feedback will be incorporated into the draft manual.
