FRA will present the EU Fundamental Rights Charter and related tools and material to an online training session on 25 September. The Netherlands Helsinki Committee in cooperation with the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law Stichting (ECNL) is organising the CERV-funded training.

It is aimed at civil society organisations from Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, and Portugal.

The training is part of a CERV-funded project ‘Catalyst of change’. The project aims at creating an enabling environment for civil society in EU Member States.

CERV is the European Commission’s Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme. It aims to protect and promote European Union rights and values as enshrined in the EU Treaties and the Charter of Fundamental Rights.
