FRA presented key findings of its report Protecting irregular migrant workers from labour exploitation.
It also raised awareness about its upcoming ‘Manual for labour inspectors on the safeguards for third-country nationals contained in EU law’, due to be published in 2024.
The European Commission, European Labour Authority and Member States underlined the importance of FRA’s upcoming manual which will cover a gap in training currently provided to workplace inspection bodies.
