The Commission had asked FRA to update its mapping of child protection systems in the EU to support this initiative.
The Commission will share information about the open public consultation and targeted consultations with children.
FRA will provide an update of its current research on child protection systems feeding also in the discussion of promising practices in Member States.
Child priorities under the Belgian and Spanish Presidencies of the Council of the EU will also be presented.
n addition, participants will learn about the work programme of the EU Children’s Participation Platform. This will facilitate children’s participation in political and democratic life.
