The OSCE’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) will hold its annual meeting of National Points of Contact on Combating Hate Crimes.

It brings together the contact points from across the OSCE to discuss the progress in hate crime and beyond.

At the meeting 2022 hate crime data will be presented. Participants will also share good practices and research.

FRA will speak on a panel about key success factors in building an effective and comprehensive national response to hate crime. It will focus on the EU key guiding principles on cooperation between law enforcement and civil society.

FRA developed the principles in the context of the FRA-facilitated working group on hate crime reporting, recording and data collection.

The meeting is in Warsaw and online from 16 to 17 November
