FRA will give the keynote speech. It will stress the need to move forward with capacity-building and awareness raising activities.
FRA's input will be based on its range of reports on child protection systems and the experiences and perspectives of professionals and children in different types of proceedings as victims, witnesses, suspects or those accused.
The launch conference will also provide the opportunity for the first meeting of the Steering Committee of which FRA is member.
