Article 21(2) Families with many children, disabled war and peace-time veterans, war victims, widows and orphans, as well as persons suffering from incurable bodily or mental ailments are entitled to the special care of the State. [...] (6) People with disabilities have the right to benefit from measures ensuring their selfsufficiency, professional integration and participation in the social, economic and political life of the Country.
