FRA spoke at a panel on safeguarding mechanisms for civil society at EU level, encouraging organisations to engage with emerging EU-level mechanisms. It also introduced two FRA initiatives supported by the EEA and Norway Grants: an online knowledge hub on civic space and a targeted capacity-building programme for civil society in 15 beneficiary countries.
