Sharing practices on ethnic profiling and strategic litigation

FRA took part in a meeting of the Public Interest Litigation Project on 17 November.

The focus was on ethnic profiling and strategic litigation. Participants from different EU Member States introduced cases of discriminatory profiling brought to national courts. They exchanged information on best practices to overcome common challenges in this area.

The event was a closed session, attended by around 25 experts working in civil society organisations and research/academia, as well as legal practitioners.

The Public Interest Litigation Project is part of the Dutch Section of the International Commission of Jurists (NJCM).
