Negotiated procedure
The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA or the Agency) is looking to contract catering provider for the ‘FRANET meeting’ at FRA premises on 3 May 2023. There will be maximum 40 participants.

Meeting details:

  • Participants: up to 40
  • Where: Atrium and conference room - FRA premises (Schwarzenbergplatz 11, 1040 Vienna, Austria)
  • When: Wednesday, 3 May 2023 (10.00-16.00 hrs)
    • 9.15 – 10.00 in the atrium: Welcome coffee: coffee + tea + juices + sparkling/non-sparkling water + sweet finger food (pastries, etc.). Standing tables in the atrium will be provided by FRA. No tablecloths needed.
    • 11.30 – 11.50 in the atrium: coffee break: sweet finger food (pastries, etc.) + coffee + tea + juices + sparkling/non-sparkling water. Standing tables in the atrium will be provided by FRA. No tablecloths needed.
    • 13.00-14.00 in the atrium: light lunch: hot and cold savoury vegetarian and nonvegetarian food + juices + sparkling/non-sparkling water + a smaller number of deserts and coffee and tea for rounding off lunch. Standing tables in the atrium will be provided by FRA. No tablecloths are needed.
    • Afternoon – from 14.00-16.00 in the atrium: we won’t have a separate coffee break, as the meeting may finish earlier than 16.00. However, coffee, tea and juices and deserts left over from lunch should remain available on the buffet tables in the atrium for participants.

      During the meeting – in the conference room: please provide in the conference room glasses and sparkling/non-sparkling water bottles and replace empty bottles during the morning coffee break and the lunch break.

Participation in this negotiated procedure for a low value contract is open to natural and legal persons falling within the scope of the EU Treaties (this includes all economic operators established in the European Union) and to all natural and legal persons established in a third country which has a special agreement with the Union in the field of public procurement on the conditions laid down in that agreement. FRA is not part of the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) concluded within the World Trade Organisation. Therefore, the procurement procedure is not open to candidates from GPA countries.
