The Agency is established by the Council Regulation 168/2007 of 15 February 2007. The FRA’s mandate is to provide expertise and assistance to EU institutions, bodies, and Member States in ensuring fundamental rights are respected when implementing Union law.

The objective of the upcoming procurement procedure would be to establish a direct service contract for removal as well as disposal of furniture between its current office premises located at Schwarzenbergplatz 11, Vienna 1040 and the expected new FRA office premises in Vienna, planned for 2026.

Before launching the procedure we would like to gain insights with the two questions below - whether you would be potentially interested to submit a proposal, once the procedure is launched and what would be your preferred method of participation in view of the tendering procedures applicable to the FRA. You can see a summary here: FRA’s current procurement rules

If possible, please submit your response by filling out the EU survey at this link not later than 22/09/2025, 17:00 CEST. The survey contains details of the expected location of the new office premises, as well as the volume of removal and disposal services expected during the planned move to the new FRA office premises.

Thank you for your participation.
