The conference served as a platform for Member States to exchange their first insights on progress made and challenges encountered while adapting to the new requirements relating to statelessness under the Screening Regulation and the Asylum Procedure Regulation.
FRA’s presentation was part of its broader work to support the rights-complaint implementation under the Migration and Asylum Pact.
The Network’s Luxembourg National Contact Point organised the event. It took place on 27 October in Luxembourg.
In accordance with the Council Conclusions of December 2015, the Platform on Statelessness is a forum for Member States to exchange good practices, challenges and encourages contributions from stakeholders,
