FRA contributed with evidence collected between 2020 and 2026. It analysed these bodies’ institutional setup and mandates, their use of the Charter, the challenges they face in fulfilling their mandates, and the opportunities to strengthen their role in EU fundamental rights monitoring and enforcement.
