Le organizzazioni della società civile sono alle prese con varie sfide nell’ambito dell’Unione europea. La relazione della FRA, intitolata Protecting civic space in the EU (Proteggere lo spazio civico nell’UE), pubblicata a settembre 2021, presenta le conclusioni dell’Agenzia su queste sfide. La presente sintesi riporta i risultati principali e i pareri della FRA esposti nella relazione.

Pilietinės visuomenės organizacijos visoje Europos Sąjungoje susiduria su įvairiais sunkumais. FRA ataskaitoje Pilietinės visuomenės erdvės apsauga ES pateikiamos agentūros išvados dėl šių sunkumų. Ataskaita buvo paskelbta 2021 m. rugsėjo mėn. Šioje santraukoje pateikiamos ataskaitoje išdėstytos pagrindinės išvados ir FRA nuomonės.

Pilsoniskās sabiedrības organizācijas visā Eiropas Savienībā saskaras ar dažādām problēmām. FRA ziņojumā “Pilsoniskās telpas aizsardzība ES” izklāstīti aģentūras secinājumi par šīm problēmām. Ziņojums tika izdots 2021. gada septembrī. Savukārt šajā kopsavilkumā ir sniegti ziņojumā izklāstītie būtiskākie secinājumi un FRA atzinumi.

Dan is-sommarju jippreżenta s-Sejbiet Ewlenin u l-opinjonijiet tal-FRA deskritti firrapport.

Maatschappelijke organisaties hebben te maken met diverse uitdagingen in de Europese Unie. In het verslag van het FRA over de bescherming van de burgerlijke ruimte in de EU worden de bevindingen van het Bureau over deze uitdagingen uiteengezet. Het verslag werd in september 2021 uitgegeven. Deze samenvatting bevat de belangrijkste bevindingen en FRA-adviezen die in het verslag worden beschreven.

Organizacje społeczeństwa obywatelskiego w całej Unii Europejskiej stają w obliczu różnych wyzwań. Sprawozdanie FRA na temat ochrony przestrzeni społeczeństwa obywatelskiego w UE zawiera ustalenia agencji dotyczące tych wyzwań. Zostało wydane we wrześniu 2021 r. W niniejszym streszczeniu przedstawiono najważniejsze ustalenia i opinie FRA zawarte w sprawozdaniu.

As organizações da sociedade civil enfrentam diferentes desafios em toda a União Europeia. O relatório da FRA Proteger o espaço civil na UE apresenta as conclusões da agência sobre estes desafios. Foi emitido em setembro de 2021. Este resumo
apresenta as principais conclusões e as recomendações da FRA descritas no relatório.

Organizațiile societății civile (OSC) se confruntă cu diferite provocări în toată Uniunea Europeană. Raportul FRA intitulat Protejarea spațiului civic în UE prezintă constatările agenției cu privire la aceste provocări. Raportul a fost emis în septembrie 2021. Acest rezumat prezintă constatările principale și opiniile FRA evidențiate în raport.

Organizácie občianskej spoločnosti čelia v celej Európskej únii rôznym problémom. V správe agentúry FRA o Ochrane priestoru občianskej spoločnosti v EÚ sa prezentujú zistenia agentúry v súvislosti s týmito problémami. Správa bola vydaná v septembri 2021. V tomto zhrnutí sa predkladajú kľúčové zistenia a stanoviská agentúry FRA uvedené v správe.

Organizacije civilne družbe se po vsej Evropski uniji srečujejo z različnimi izzivi. V poročilu agencije FRA o varovanju prostora civilne družbe v EU so predstavljene ugotovitve Agencije v zvezi s temi izzivi. Poročilo je bilo objavljeno septembra 2021. Civilsamhällsorganisationer runtom i EU ställs inför olika utmaningar. I sin rapport Protecting civic space in the EU (Att skydda det medborgerliga utrymmet i EU) diskuterar FRA de slutsatser byrån dragit avseende dessa utmaningar. Rapporten gavs ut i september 2021, och denna sammanfattning innehåller de viktigaste slutsatserna och FRA:s yttranden i rapporten.

Civil society is a key component of Europe’s fundamental rights architecture. From supporting people affected by the pandemic to helping those fleeing the war in Ukraine, civil society plays a crucial role in upholding people’s rights. In so doing, it contributes to a healthy rule of law culture. FRA’s civic space report provides an overview of the many ways in which civil society contributes to the checks and balances that underpin the rule of law.

Since September 2021, two National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs) had a change in their accreditation status, one applied for accreditation and five have had a change in tasks covered by their mandates. This new 2022 update provides an overview of developments in the accreditation status and mandates of NHRIs from September 2021 to May 2022. It is a follow up of FRA’s 2020 report on ‘Strong and effective national human rights institutions – challenges, promising practices and opportunities’ and the September 2021 update. It covers the 27 EU Member States and three candidate countries (Albania, North Macedonia and Serbia).

FRA’s Fundamental Rights Report 2022 reviews major developments in the field in 2021, identifying both achievements and areas of concern. It also presents FRA’s opinions on these developments, including a synopsis of the evidence supporting these opinions.
