The focus will be on hate speech in the digital sphere and its spill over to the physical world. Participants in the meeting include representatives of the State of Israel, the European Commission, research institutes, as well as businesses. The online meeting on 10 November will also serve to discuss possible measures to address the challenges of online hatred.
