New language versions of FRA Charter handbook

Support for human rights systems and defenders
Practitioners are often unsure whether or not the Charter of Fundamental Rights applies to a given situation, and how it adds value.

To help, FRA has developed guidance on applying the EU’s Fundamental Rights Charter in law and policymaking at the national level.

The handbook is now also available in Finnish and in French.
