FRA’s contribution highlights evidence from its research in 2024–2025 in six areas: protecting civic space, the role of National Human Rights Institutions, judicial trust and efficiency, racism in policing, respect for rights in border and asylum procedures and data protection and the role of data protection authorities.
It also previews major FRA reports planned for 2025–2026 to support evidence-based policy and to strengthen the rule of law across the EU.
