Article 19 - Protection in the event of removal, expulsion or extradition
1. Collective expulsions are prohibited. 2. No one may be removed, expelled or extradited to a State where there is a serious risk that he or she would be subjected to the death penalty, torture or other inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Paragraph 1 of this Article has the same meaning and scope as Article 4 of Protocol No 4 to the ECHR concerning collective expulsion. Its purpose is to guarantee that every decision is based on a specific examination and that no single measure can be taken to expel all persons having the nationality of a particular State (see also Article 13 of the Covenant on Civil and Political Rights).
Paragraph 2 incorporates case law from the European Court of Human Rights regarding Article 3 of the ECHR (see Ahmed v. Austria, judgment of 17 December 1996, [1996] ECR VI-2206 and Soering, judgment of 7 July 1989).
Članak 9. (2)Državljanin Republike Hrvatske ne može biti prognan iz Republike Hrvatske niti mu se može oduzeti državljanstvo, a ne može biti ni izručen drugoj državi, osim kad se mora izvršiti odluka o izručenju ili predaji donesena u skladu s međunarodnim ugovorom ili pravnom stečevinom Europske unije.
Članak 33. (2)Stranac koji se zakonito nalazi na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske ne može biti protjeran ni izručen drugoj državi, osim kad se mora izvršiti odluka donesena u skladu s međunarodnim ugovorom i zakonom.

Гражданин на Република България не може да бъде предаден на друга държава или на международен съд за целите на наказателно преследване, освен ако това е предвидено в международен договор, ратифициран, обнародван и влязъл в сила за Република България. Чл. 27. (1) Чужденците, които пребивават в страната на законно основание, не могат да бъдат изгонвани от нея или предавани на друга държава против тяхната воля, освен при условията и по реда, определени със закон. (2) Република България дава убежище на чужденци, преследвани заради техните убеждения или дейност в защита на международно признати права и свободи. (3) Условията и редът за даване на убежище се уреждат със закон.
Art. 25. [...] (4) (amend., SG 18/05) No Bulgarian citizen may be surrendered to another State or to an international tribunal for the purposes of criminal prosecution, unless the opposite is provided for by international treaty that has been ratified, published and entered into force for the Republic of Bulgaria. Art. 27. (1) Foreigners residing legally in the country shall not be expelled or extradited to another State against their will, except in accordance with the provisions and the procedures established by law. (2) The Republic of Bulgaria shall grant asylum to foreigners persecuted for their opinions or activity in the defence of internationally recognized rights and freedoms. (3) The conditions and procedure for the granting of asylum shall be established by law.
Artikel 3 (1) Niemand darf aus dem Hoheitsgebiet des Staates, dessen Staatsangehöriger er ist, durch eine Einzel- oder eine Kollektivmaßnahme ausgewiesen werden. Artikel 4 Kollektivausweisungen von Fremden sind nicht zulässig.
Article 3 (1) No one shall be expelled, by means either of an individual or of a collective measure, from the territory of the State of which he is a national. Article 4 Colelctive expulsion of aliens is prohibited.
Article 3 - Prohibition of torture
No one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Artikel 3 Niemand darf der Folter oder unmenschlicher oder erniedrigender Strafe oder Behandlung unterworfen werden.
