Fundamental rights in the future of the European Union’s Justice and Home Affairs
In this paper, FRA looks at the overall institutional framework of the EU fundamental rights policy. Some of the proposals it contains include introducing an EU ‘fundamental rights policy cycle’ and a ‘European fundamental rights information system’. It also discusses the most pertinent fundamental rights elements in other policy areas of freedom, security and justice.

Gewalt gegen Frauen ist eine Verletzung der Grundrechte von Frauen hinsichtlich ihrer Würde, dem Zugang zur Justiz und der Gleichheit der Geschlechter. Eine von drei Frauen hat seit ihrem 15. Lebensjahr körperliche und/oder sexuelle Gewalt erfahren, einer von fünf Frauen wurde nachgestellt („gestalkt“), und jede zweite Frau war mit einer oder mehreren Formen der sexuellen Belästigung konfrontiert, um nur einige Beispiele zu nennen.

Η βία κατά των γυναικών υπονομεύει τα βασικά θεμελιώδη δικαιώματα της γυναίκας όπως την αξιοπρέπεια, την πρόσβαση στη δικαιοσύνη και την ισότητα των φύλων. Παραδείγματος χάριν, μία στις τρεις γυναίκες έπεσε θύμα σωματικής και/ή σεξουαλικής βίας μετά την ηλικία των 15 ετών, μία στις πέντε γυναίκες έχει πέσει θύμα παρενοχλητικής παρακολούθησης, ενώ μία στις δύο γυναίκες έχει υποστεί μία ή περισσότερες μορφές σεξουαλικής παρενόχλησης.

Napríklad každá tretia žena sa stala obeťou fyzického a/alebo sexuálneho násilia po dovŕšení 15. roku života, každá piata žena sa stala obeťou prenasledovania, každá druhá žena musela čeliť jednej alebo viacerým formám sexuálneho obťažovania.
