On 24 September, FRA attended a European Parliament Shadow meeting on the proposed Return Regulation.
The Agency shared its observations on selected elements of the proposal, including in relation to deprivation of liberty, non-refoulement safeguards, child protection and monitoring. It also replied to questions by MEPs on additional fundamental rights issues.
