Tienviittoja tulevaisuuteen.

Fundamental rights in AI: What to consider
Artificial intelligence (AI) already plays a role in many decisions that affect our daily lives. From deciding what unemployment benefits someone gets to where a burglary is likely to take place. But we need to make sure to fully uphold fundamental rights standards when using AI. Drawing on the ‘Getting the future right – Artificial intelligence and fundamental rights’ report, FRA presents a number of key considerations to help businesses and administrations respect fundamental rights when using AI.

Kansalliset ihmisoikeusinstituutiot ovat olennainen osa eri maiden ihmisoikeuksien suojelujärjestelmää. Instituutiot lisäävät tietoisuutta ihmisoikeuksista, antavat neuvontaa, seuraavat viranomaisten toimintaa ja saattavat niitä vastuuseen. Näin niillä on keskeinen rooli tämän päivän suurten ihmisoikeushaasteiden parissa luovimisessa.

A nemzeti emberi jogi intézmények (NHRI-k) az országos szintű emberijog-védelmi rendszer alapvető részét képezik. Figyelemfelkeltő tevékenységek, tanácsadás, nyomon követés és a hatóságok elszámoltatása révén központi szerepet töltenek be a napjaink jelentős emberi jogi kihívásai közötti eligazodásban – egyrészt kezelik a hátrányos megkülönböztetéshez és az egyenlőtlenséghez hasonló, tartósan fennálló aggályokat, másrészt a mesterséges intelligencia és a Covid19-világjárvány jogi vonatkozásaihoz hasonló, újszerű kérdéseket.
