FRA will discuss the fundamental rights considerations of using Artificial intelligence during a meeting of the European Commission’s Digital Criminal Justice Expert Group.

The meeting explores different aspects of AI and criminal law. FRA will draw from its research into AI, Big Data and fundamental rights.

The meeting takes place online from 7 to 8 October.
