Toutefois, selon les données actualisées de l’Agence des droits fondamentaux de l’Union européenne (FRA), l’accès à la justice reste difficile pour les personnes victimes de violations de leurs droits humains. La FRA apporte son soutien au travail de la commission du Parlement européen chargée d’enquêter sur l’utilisation du logiciel espion Pégasus (PEGA). Le Parlement adoptera sa résolution finale sur les logiciels espions en juin 2023.
