Un nouveau document de l’Agence des droits fondamentaux de l’UE (FRA) met au jour le caractère parcellaire de l’approche visant à faire face aux incidences du changement climatique sur les droits fondamentaux. Le document fait valoir qu’une application systématique des normes et obligations en matière de droits fondamentaux dans la politique climatique de l’UE pourrait promouvoir plus efficacement une transition juste et inclusive.
