Ce jour marque le 30e anniversaire de la Convention des Nations Unies relative aux droits de l’enfant – un traité historique sur les droits humains. La Convention a changé la manière dont les adultes voient et traitent les enfants. Mais malgré les progrès considérables accomplis en Europe, de graves problèmes, comme la pauvreté des enfants, subsistent.
