FRA and the European Court of Human Rights have produced the latest in a series of joint thematic factsheets. This factsheet focuses on reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities within the context of EU law and the European Convention on Human Rights.
FRA attended the EU high-level group on combating hate speech and hate crime. The event focused on taking stock of achievements of the group. This includes the Working group on hate crime reporting, recording and data collection, which was facilitated by FRA.

Celle-ci comprend des informations relatives aux incidents récents, aux mesures juridiques, aux tendances judiciaires et aux réponses institutionnelles. La base de données recense également les tendances plus larges en matière de discriminations, de crimes et de discours haineux antimusulmans en Europe. Les informations collectées couvrent la période 2012-2024.
FRA hosted a webinar on 21 October to update its civil society stakeholders on its foresight project. Two practitioners -- Maiju Lehto of Deaconess Foundation from Finland and Thays Prado, a filmmaker and founder of Feminist Futures – shared best practices from their work making foresight participatory and accessible.

FRA spoke during the Academy of European Law (ERA) annual conference on European asylum and migration law. It gave a presentation on how to enhance compliance with fundamental rights under the EU Pact on Migration and Asylum.
FRA attended the General Assembly of the EU Asylum Agency’s Consultative Forum on 15 October. The Forum also had a session with the EUAA Fundamental Rights Officer.
FRA brought the perspective of a human rights-based approach to anti-poverty and social rights work during an expert roundtable on the EU Anti-Poverty Strategy. FRA shared its experience and contribution by data and research about the life experiences of rightsholders and the responses of duty bearers.
On 14 October, the EU Drugs Agency (EUDA) visited FRA to exchange good practices. They spoke about the challenges in building partnerships and institutional relations.
